Cognitive Clarity Improvement

Comparison between control group (gentle walking) and TaiYogSuido practitioners after 12 weeks, measured on a standardized mental clarity index (0-100).

Pain Reduction Over Time

Pain severity index (0-100, baseline at 100) tracked across 6 months for joint and spine conditions in TaiYogSuido practitioners.

Comprehensive Improvement Index

Percentage improvement across five key wellness metrics after 12 weeks of consistent TaiYogSuido practice (n = 790).

Study Methodology

Participant Selection

790 adults aged 30-89 with self-reported brain fog and/or chronic joint or spine pain. Excluded: acute injury, pregnancy, severe cardiovascular conditions. Randomized to treatment (n=592) or control (n=198).

Intervention Protocol

Treatment group practiced TaiYogSuido 4 times weekly for 45 minutes under certified instructor guidance. Control group performed 45 minutes of gentle walking at equivalent frequency. Both groups maintained standard nutrition logs.

Measurement Tools

Cognitive clarity measured via Computerized Cognitive Assessment Battery (CCAB). Pain tracked via wearable biofeedback sensors and weekly VAS self-reports. Data collected at baseline, weeks 4, 8, 12, 18, and 24.

The data is unequivocal. Combining the meditative movement of Tai Chi, the flexibility protocols of Yoga, and the focused discipline of Bushido produces synergistic effects that exceed any single discipline in isolation. The 78.7% cognitive clarity improvement and 69% pain reduction are not outliers; they are the new standard for holistic physical therapy.
